In Pakistan, the fundamental rights of citizens are enshrined in the Constitution. These rights are crucial for ensuring the protection and well-being of individuals. Some of the fundamental rights guaranteed to citizens of Pakistan include:

  6. Freedom of Movement: Citizens have the right to move freely throughout Pakistan, subject to reasonable restrictions imposed by law in the interest of public order, morality, or national security.
  7. Freedom of Association and Assembly: Citizens have the right to form associations or unions, subject to any reasonable restrictions imposed by law in the interest of public order or morality.
  8. Right to Constitutional Remedies: Citizens have the right to move the courts for the enforcement of their fundamental rights. The Supreme Court and High Courts have the power to issue writs for the enforcement of fundamental rights.

These fundamental rights, among others, are essential pillars of democracy and aim to safeguard the dignity, freedom, and equality of all citizens within Pakistan.
